Laser-CutZ have been working on developing improved version of soap stamps to address needs of soaping community. Our new premium stamp is featuring advanced production method which allows us deliver soap stamps that do not stick to soap surface when embossing. This gives soap maker ease of stamping and much more reliable imprints on their soaps. Such not sticking stamps can work better on various material mixes and in different curing times.
Project done for custom ambulance manufacturer out of New Jersey. This black aluminum panel was custom laser cut to meet customer specifications and then laser engraved on metal to achieve life time durability as unlike paint or silk screen, the laser engraving will not ware out and cannot be removed by any chemicals.
Small ink stamps are easy to find, however when it comes to larger size custom rubber stamp, they are next to impossible to find. Laser-CutZ offers rubber stamps fabrication service, any artwork can be used. Our material plates come in 8.5×11 which makes it ideal to keep stamp size witting those boundaries. If larger stamp needs to be fabricated we can produce custom plate to accommodate extra-large orders. Our laser cutting machine size is 35×24” which means biggest stamp we can produce is 35×24 inch
Laser cuts is developing new premium version of custom embossing soap stamps. New technology includes even deeper engraving with polished and smoothed edges. Smooth edges would prevent material sticking and will allow to press deeply into the body of the soap. Such technology update can help to those who are trying to do hot process soaps that require more force. Such stamp can be good alternative for metal soap stamps that are designed for high pressure embossing.

Many electronic prototypes would look much better if generic project enclosure boxes are added with markings, logos and corporate branding. Laser-CutZ can engrave on anodized aluminum and stainless steel metal enclosure boxes which are most common enclosure types for electronics prototyping. In addition laser-cutz can laser engrave certain plastic enclosure boxes such as ABS plastic.
