Brass tabletop name plate sign laser engraved in NYC
Brass plate fiber laser cut and then fiber laser engraved with deep recess, then acid darkened and high polished to represent gold looking highly reflective surface. Sign is used by jewelry company for the trade show.
Privacy Glass Sign Engraving for doctor’s office
Panels are double sided matte acrylic preventing image to be see through the window while engraving on the panel allows patient to identify the room number and if it is occupied or not.

This business card older looks somewhat like Zippo lighter but in fact it is a business card holder. They are chrome plated, LaserCutZ engraved those card holders on fiber laser to make chrome turn black in engraving area. Job done for the client in Manhattan.
Old armor style metal laser engraving pattern
While visiting one of the museums we noticed exceptional craftsmanship on the medieval armor. Engraving on that armor was done by hummer but we decided to reproduce similar pattern with laser engraving machine. Results came out very impressive.

This award crystal was fabricated out ½” acrylic sheet that was custom laser cut to specks and then all edges were polished. Sign was designed to have transparent acrylic base that can be disassembled for transportation. Face of the sign has laser engraved logo of the client.
Brass sign custom laser cut and engraved for Planet Fitness
This sign was both fiber laser cut and engraved. Cutting was done to special curved shapes so sign can be wrapped around trophy. Once engraved sign was acid blackened to make letters darker and then deep polished to be almost like a mirror
Electronic design and fabrication
This is quite long project featuring special device that helps buildings stay fresh. LaserCutZ parent company (TempGP) designed electronics and mechanics for this project and LaserCutZ fabricated prototype enclosure which consist of laser cuts acrylic sheets, 3d printed case along with CNC milled ABS parts.
