Sample parts produced for a NY window company. Part is metal cylinder and it got serial number text engraved along the circumference. Laser marking on cylinders, tubes, pipes rings etc needs to be done with rotary too. With rotary part is being spinned by a stepper motor when laser works and in this way printed text or artwork covers whole face of the cylinder wall. LaserCutZ laser engraving machine can do automatic serial numbers or date time stamp for each part we engrave.

Letter V of the sign was painted with silver glitter to make it stand out from the rest if the sign. All other letters are laser cut from ¼” grey acrylic. Letters are mount on clear plexi which is almost invisible and it looks like the sign is just standing on its own. Sign laser cut, painted, and assembled in NYC and shipped to client in Washington.
We had part that cannot be replaced that we need to fix. This cylinder has screw broken in it so it has to be drilled out, once it was drilled out bigger hole was cast with plastic new thread was added to the plastic infill. This procedure allowed use of original part with original style of screws.

LaserCutZ fabricated this highly reflective mirror finish metal sign for Manhattan based audio manufacturer. Sign was used at CES 2018 as a product sell “sheet”. It was first laser cut from stainless steel then we polished the plate to perfection and then user deep black laser engraving method with our fiber laser. Sign came out extremely nice and looks very upscale.
This infinite pattern is laser cut form ¼” acrylic. Imprint template allow to be places on the wall then concrete fills in cavities and when pattern is removed you get impressive looking wall texture.
