Soap Stamp Embossed in Clay for Preview
Some times we want to see how laser engraved acrylic stamps look before we ship them to clients so we use sculpture clay to emboss the artwork in. This works well as quality assurance. Below is photo of stamp cut for the client.

CNC Machined Footbal Gold Medal Trophy Fabrication
Project included adding caption and date to existing sports gold medal award for client in New Jersey. Laser-CutZ can also do full medal, medallion or any other jewelry design and fabrication including metal and vacuum casting. Medal was dome in yellow brass. Original idea was to use laser to do engraving but final product was decided to be done on CNC.

Clients Brabus badge was stolen from the car so this temporally carbon fiber badge was manufactured to hold the place while original replacement arrives.

Project below shows fast adaptation of electric motor in to a UAV drone that was build with nitro combustion engine. Project requirement was to develop engine mounts and transmission gear so that aircraft can use either engines. Bracket was 3D printed and gear was laser cut, both parts were designed in SolidWorks software.
Carbonfiber Laser Cuttining Patterns
Cutting carbonfiber with scissors is next to impossible as carbon fiber woven will distort its pattern and final product will loose its aesthetic look. High power laser on another hand is perfect tool to cut plain cabronfiber fabric. Circle below show sample cut from carbon fiber coated with clear epoxy. Laser-CutZ can do custom laser cut patterns for your carbon fiber projects. As cut patterns are fragile we prefer local orders for those projects. In similar way fiber glass can be cut.
Hand Cuffs and Holster Personalized Custom Laser Engraving
Custom personalized handcuffs done for NYC local security officer. Silver name lettering done over PVC silencer jacket. This was unique and quite unusual job but came out very nice. Project required to build custom placement module so that cuffs can be assigned for perfectly positioned laser engraving. Artwork required curved name placed over vector model of the handcuffs. Finally lettering cavity formed by laser beam was filled with silver paint making engraved name to stand out. Once hand cuffs are completed we also did lather holster with engraving with custom logo. Total time to complete about 3 hours.
New York Soap Maker Results

Plastic 3D Printing and Prototyping in NYC
March is busy month for Laser-CutZ. All our machines are running non stop, here is some photo report on 3D printing and prototyping progress for the project we are working on. What you see is PLA FDM 3D printed electronics and mechanics enclosure box. When finished it will be mold injected out of ABS plastic.
