Laser Engraving Services
Holiday season is here, those laser engraved leather books are done for the client as personalized gift. Each book has title embossed as requested by client along with recipient name and initial monogram laser engrave on the back of the journal. This leather laser engraving service was done same day in our studio in Brooklyn.
Knobs, connector markings along with company logo was fiber laser engraved on this black anodized aluminum metal panel. Panel is a face plate for electronics enclosure box for video gimbal device that controls camera operations for crane in movie productions. This panel was engraved same day so device can be presented at trade show.
Sample letter printed, sprayed with laser cut stencils onto plywood substraight. This letter is prepared for Coach Company in NYC as evaluation of potential possibilities to print pearl sparkling and reflecting lettering for upcoming project. This can be used as nice idea for the sign. To do this letter 3 stencils and 4 types of spray paint was needed.
This rule sign was printed directly to a metal aluminum panel with our flatbed UV printer. Multiple layers of ink was added in top of percolated aluminum sheet to ensure maximum durability of the sign in outdoor environment. Sign is fairly large, metal is 3×2’ and its real aluminum metal 3/8” so its quite heavy. Aluminum was brushed before printing to add nice texture and prevent any reflection so sign is very easy to read. Flatbed UV printing is a good add on to the LaserCutZ laser engraving services. Our UV printer can easily handle 4×8’ and 8×10’ larger size architectural and sign printing needs. We can print full color on any type of flat materials including, glass, plastic, wood, ceramics, marble, metal and anything else that is flat.
Did you know that typical constriction bricks can be laser engraved? There few ways how bicks can be laser engraved. If Co2 laser is used, top later of clay will “evaporate” and artwork or text will recess down into the brick so deep channel is formed. On another hand if fiber laser is used top layer of the brick will change color to a darker one showing artwork like it was printed. Brick shows in this project was done for mall in Manhattan. Very often bricks or foot plates are engraved for fundraising campaigns with donors names, sometime bricks are used for memorial purposes.
This is a section of structural iron beam. Beam is 2” thick and 24” high, weights around 500 lbs as result project was quite unusual and normally LaserCutZ does engraving on more light weight items. Interestingly enough this beam came right after we did fiber laser engraving for Brooklyn Navy Yards rail road rail which has same shape and same idea but is smaller and weights much less. This structural metal beam was fiber laser engraved for NYC local iron works company, to be used as a gift and sign for the project that they finished. Engraved letters in this metal go quite deep too as result job required lots of machine hours
Thor metal hammer is fiber laser engraved with a message on one side and flower symbol on another side. Engraving and decoration fully mimics original movie props style. This Thor hammer will be placed inside Hummer SUV.
Dark oak wood laser engraved with a love story message and presented as a gift. Engraving is done with CO2 laser and color of the letters is controlled by laser beam power. This engraved wood plaque is used as marriage proposal message.
Center screen of this door panel has smocked acrylic that LaserCutZ had laser engraved with Thor hammer logo. Screen has LED side lighting so logo shines up in blue when LEDs are turned on. This door panels is installed on Hummer H2
This is 4×3 feet MDF that is laminated with veneer and then stained and vanished. This wood panel is laser engraved with various liquor company’s logos along with logo of the retail store where panel will be installed.
