Laser Cutting Services
Project done for custom ambulance manufacturer out of New Jersey. This black aluminum panel was custom laser cut to meet customer specifications and then laser engraved on metal to achieve life time durability as unlike paint or silk screen, the laser engraving will not ware out and cannot be removed by any chemicals.
Metal stamp can be heated up with torch and used to burn in mark different materials such as wood, leather, soaps, and any burnable or mutable materials Heat burns top layer and leaves crispy imprint. Such technique was widely used by wood works to leave masters mark on their creations. Unlike ink stamping, burn in branding is permanent and cannot be removed. Same metal stamp can be used on leather to leave deeply embossed mark which use useful for custom leather designers. To make stamp efficient its best to keep its size small as otherwise it will require lots of time to heat up. Laser CutZ hot pressing stamps come with metal neck to prevent heat from transferring to the handle and handle itself is made of wood to ensure that operator’s hands do not get burned. We still recommend to are fire rated gloves as a precaution when working with torch and hot stamp.
Fluorescent material always has nice touch for signs, it collects light form its surface and shines it with the edge glow. Nice creative designs with florescent acrylic can create impressive decorative effects. This sign fabricated for NYC marketing and store design agency. Sign prototype uses ¼” pink red florescent acrylic on clear acrylic base.
