Letters were cut form various metals to be inserted in a marble slab, this will be used in interior decoration so marble plate would be adding more accent to the sign look.

Small size jewelry fabrication for NYC local designers, job include cutting shapes out of flat metals such as copper, brass and silver. Those cut out shapes will be polished and then used in jewelry line.
Aluminum Headphone Engraving with Custom Logo
Sample metal items, in this case head phones custom engraved with customer name. This project is quite tricky due to very small rim size so placement precision needs to be extreme and almost medical grade as otherwise laser burns letters in wrong place.
NYC Department of Parks Bench Sign Donor Plate engraved by LaserCutZ
It becomes very common to provide donations such as benches, trees and other outdoor items to various causes or organizations. LaserCutZ just finished fabrication of a bench plate (sign) for NYC Department of Parks. This metal bench plaque will be installed in Hudson River Park. Job done with 14GA brushed stainless steel, laser cut to size to meet client artwork requirements and then machine bent and welded to the specs. Finally this metal plate deep engraved with metal fiber laser so that letters can be filled in with outdoor paint. LaserCutz provided full metal fabrication services along with mechanical engineering and design.
Fiber laser engraving aluminum sign plaque
Aluminum can only be engraved with Fiber or YAG lasers, LaserCutZ uses fiber laser as it’s much better for resulting quality. Our aluminum metal project shows reverse engraving f state of Texas outline on 3/8 aluminum plate.
Laser Soap Stamps Testing
LaserCutZ is serious about the quality of our product, we try to test our custom cut laser soap stamp before they get into the mail. This stamp was pressed into test material to be sure that imprint is prefect.
Wood Block Laser Engraving in Brooklyn
Wood is easiest to engrave with CO2 laser which will basically burn the wood. Our wood block project included adding custom name to a wood beam. LaserCutz made 2 versions of wood laser engraving, one with outline (scored) and another full line scan engraving (darker text)
Plastic Cup Engraving and Printing
PC and ABS plastic changes color to white when excited with fiber laser frequencies, this allows adding custom names and logos on various plastic products such as this small plastic cup which can be used for medical purposes or anything else.
Stainless steel laser color engraving god photo
Normally laser has no color as it engraves (burns out material) however stainless steel and titanium metals react differently to variable laser frequency and as result color engraving is possible on both stainless steel and titanium. In this sample dog photo was engraved on metal plate as a gift. Dog face has holographic look which shines in different colors. This job was done with our state of the art fiber laser and variable frequency control module.
