Custom cut truck lettering was done for a Hummer H2 back window. This decal is blade cut on our plotter and then transferred to the window. Sticker is made of vinyl so best way to do cutting is blade as laser cutting vinyl is not best idea. LaserCutZ has all types of machines so we can take on any project. Those letters are cut and installed same day right in our office in Brooklyn.

LaserCutZ machinery can cut thick acrylic such as those laser cut 3/4″ circles used as windows for chemical factory and metallurgical applications. When acrylic is cut with laser edges are transparent and appear as polished. If even better quality of edges is needed then CNC can be used and then edges are manually polished.  If needed we can also laser cut polycarbonate, or tempered and bullet proof glass and laminates.

This battery holder cassette is internal project inspired by our commercial product display fabrication projects. Instead of displaying merchandise in stores we build this laser cut acrylic box to hold and organize various types of batteries. We build this holder as we had lots of back up batteries flying around drawers so we decided to organize them in a nice way. Project consist of 3 laser cut acrylic panels and standoffs. In most cases acrylic is glued together, in this project we tried to use film adhesive to make assembly more uniform and faster to assemble.
