Laser Service Prices

$250 per hour for small CO2 or Fiber laser jobs. Bigger machines have higher rates.  $250 MIN charge for setup and any small runs.

Bigger machines have higher rates and prices are available on request.  Bigger machine min charge $750

For smaller order and sample you do need to take in to consideration  file setup and material placement time. We can do your orders by billing minutes or we can provide flat rate for your job so you don’t need to worry about production time. Minimum charge is $250  for small lasers.

Material cost is not included in machine rate, you can bring your own material or we can use what we have in stock. We are not a material supplier so either option you chose will not affect your total cost.

Speed of production depends on selected material and quality of artwork. For example we cut 1/16″  acrylic at 50mm/sec where 1/8″ plexi glass is being cut at 15mm/sec which is significantly slower there fore more expansive.  You can also optimize speed of cutting by fallowing our laser file and artwork preparation guide.

  1. I need to cut two 1″ plexiglass panels. the overall size is hoped to be 2’5″ x 4’7″ The cut forms are three large rectangles out of each panel. I need these pieces by Monday. Is that possible and for how much?

  2. Hi 1″ plexi is harder to cut on CO2 laser, we might need multiple passes we usually don’t do more then 3/4″ on our office laser, for 1″ we can use water jet. i will email you directly about prices

    I’m looking for a quote on some glass engraving. I have a PDF of the glasses we’d be using as well as the design I can send you afterwards.

    The details are:

    – 200 glasses total
    – Looking to get them done by early to mid-September
    – Would it be possible to have silver paint painted right on the brim of the glasses?

  6. I need two identical parts cut from one piece of 1/8 inch clear acrylic. I have an illustrator file with the design and I can supply the acrylic. Could I send the design and get a quote?

  8. i’m looking for a clear plastic piece that is 44.5 x 38.5. it will be a temporary transom for a skylight. the edges will rest on a frame. something thin, lightweight, but that will not bow. pls advise product, cost, also eta. thank you
